1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at Swastik Solace Homestay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our property located at Flat no 2A, 2nd Floor, House No. 10, Upasana Enclave, Bye Ln 2, Baikunthapur, Geetanagar, Guwahati, Assam 781021. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.

2. Identity Verification (Mandatory)

In compliance with the laws of the Government of India and local Assam Police regulations, all guests (including accompanying members) must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon check-in.

• Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport (PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof).
• Foreign Nationals: Original Passport and a valid Indian Visa. A Form C will be submitted to the local authorities.

Failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in: 1:00 PM
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to room availability and must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.

4. Pricing Variations

Base room rates are subject to change based on demand. Pricing variations and spikes will occur according to specific seasons, local festivals, holidays, and special events or parties. The exact rate for your stay will be confirmed at the time of your booking.

5. Food & Self-Catering Kitchen

We provide a fully equipped Self-Catering Kitchen for guest use. Guests choosing to cook are expected to clean up after themselves and use all kitchen appliances responsibly.

In-House Meals: Prepared meals and food can be provided upon request. A menu is available in every room, and orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance via our official contact number (+91 75769 17637).

6. Property Rules, Visitors & Pets

• Visitors: To ensure the safety and privacy of all residents, unregistered outside visitors are not permitted in the rooms at any time.
• Pets: While we love animals, pets are strictly prohibited on the premises to ensure the comfort of all future guests.
• Quiet Hours: Loud music and disruptive noise are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighboring residents.
• Events: Parties, events, and large unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

7. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the homestay, its furnishings, or the surrounding property during their stay. Swastik Solace Homestay reserves the right to charge the guest's payment method or demand immediate compensation for any assessed damages. We are not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings left in the rooms.

8. Governing Law & Contact Information

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
